Personal
Erin is a real estate broker with 20+ years of experience. She has lived on the Central Coast since 1990. Erin earned a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1980 in Mass Communications. Erin worked previously as an advertising Account Executive at J.Walter Thompson in San Francisco. It was there that Erin developed her skills in marketing. Erin worked in the Glendale, LaCanada area in the late 1980's as the Estate Properties Director for the Jon Douglas Company. Erin's children have attended the local school. She can be a tremendous resource in gaining an understanding of what both the public and private schools have to offer.
Matt considers himself a Central Coast native. He moved to San Luis Obispo while still attending high school in 1988. Since then, Matt has moved throughout the country pursuing a career in ad sales for TV stations and national cable companies like Comcast. Working in L.A., Boston New York and Seattle provided Matt with a diverse knowledgeo of very complex markets. Matt's professional work experience has been primarily in marketing, promotions and negotiations of multi million dollar national ad campaigns for companies like Ford, Sony and McDonalds. Matt's Central Coast real estate clients now benefit from his marketing background and negotiating skills.
